Okay…I thought I would take a few minutes to tell everyone that follows our blog, how you know when you married the right one. Here we go…
First and probably the most unbelievable, my lovely wife left the comfort of a 3,000 square foot house on an acre to move into a 28 foot travel trailer while we build our new residence on 20 acres in Trenton. Seriously, ask yourself, would my wife agree to move into a travel trailer for, possibly, up to 5 or 6 months? I would venture to guess that only a select group would say “yes”. She not only agreed, but continually reaffirms her love for the property, on a daily basis. She is the bomb.
Then, just last weekend, we did our first “farm” project together. We built a dog pen for KoKo and Clyde, down by the pond. We had spent many days with them locked up in a small trailer during our absence each day and came home to a trailer that looked like two large dogs lived in it. Now, as most men would tell you, projects with your wife are tricky and, often, difficult. She was the perfect partner and assisted as well as any man that I could have asked for help. We got through the entire project without any issues and both appreciate the efforts of the other to make our living situation even better. Below are a couple of pics of the pen.
Oh, did I mention that she agreed to move into a 28′ travel trailer? What an awesome woman. I can only wish such luck on the rest of you. I love that woman!
